The marketplace
Wingman is a curated marketplace connecting independent restaurant owners with vetted business partners and service providers. We facilitate introductions; we are not a broker, financial advisor, or party to any partnership agreement reached between users.
Eligibility & verification
All listings pass identity, business, and human curation checks. Owners agree to provide accurate information and to update listings as material details change. Misrepresentation is grounds for removal.
Conduct
Users agree to communicate professionally, honor any NDAs they sign, and refrain from harassment, spam, or unauthorized scraping. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Diligence is your responsibility
Wingman's verification is a starting point, not a substitute for diligence. Partners and owners are responsible for their own legal, financial, and operational review before signing any agreement.
